Meet Our Board

Matthew Vertefeuille is the Director of Development in the Town of Windham and has worked for 14 years to reduce unwanted graffiti tags in town. Matthew has worked to establish a blight fund which uses money from fines to beautify the town. He has funded several murals and art projects and wants to encourage art work  in Willimantic for all to enjoy.   Born and raised here in Windham, Matthew lives in Willimantic with his Wife, Tamara and two sons.
